My kitchen is not inspected by the health department. I do NOT work in a nut free kitchen. All cookies come heat sealed for freshness and quality. They are guaranteed fresh for up to 2 weeks(although the never make it that far :) ) I cannot currently ship cookies, they are for local pick up only in Sherman, TX.  I do not offer refunds if you are unable to pick up locally or do not read the store policy.
